From time to time you may need to clear your user profile within the APOD App if you are experiencing technical issues. If you are required to do this, please follow the steps below.
To clear your user profile, you must first be logged into the APOD App on your Apple or Android device.
Step 1. On the home screen, click on the hamburger menu at the top left of your screen.
Step 2. From within the menu please select App settings.
Step 4. Select clear user profile from the list.
Step 5. Select Clear profile button in red.
Step 6. Select Clear profile again.
