To make your offer available in-store, login to your Partner Portal and click on Manage Offers.
Note:
If your offer is already published, you will need to "Unpublish and Edit Offer" before you can make these changes. Alternately, if your offer is submitted for review and is pending publishing, click on 'Cancel Review and Edit Offer" to proceed.
Setting the offer type to "In-Person"
Next, select the "In-Person" option under Type of organisation to make your offer available in-store. You will be provided options to add your store locations one by one. Once you have added your locations, click on the Next button to proceed through to Step 2 and finally to Step 3.

Setting Offer redemption as Redeem in Person
In Step 3, ensure you have checked the option to state that your offer "Can be redeemed in person"
Once this is selected, you will be presented with a number of options on how the actual redemption may take place. We have a number of options, including whether:
- APOD members can display their virtual/physical card in-store
- APOD members need an additional code while redeeming via phone, email or in-person
- You accept scanning of barcodes in your Point of Sale (PoS) systems
- You accept APOD members printing out the offer and showing it to your staff in-store

Please select the options best suited to your business and click next to proceed to the Offer Review screen.
Note:
You will need to resubmit the offer for approval so our Business Partnerships team can review and publish your offer.
